Re>Charge is a free 12-week wellbeing programme for people aged 18 years and over, living with long term, complex health needs in Lowestoft and Waveney. 

Explore your creativity, make friends and live well. Re>Charge offers a welcoming, safe space to try out creative and mindful activities, supported by professional artists and delivered in a relaxed, informal way. Using local heritage as a starting point, Re>Charge is an opportunity to explore different art forms, learn new skills and enjoy yourself. No previous experience is necessary and all materials are supplied so why not come and recharge your batteries with Re>Charge?
