Join us at The Battery for a special opportunity to hear from Lowestoft’s own internationally acclaimed artist, Rosemary Lee, in person, for an informal evening of film and conversation. She will reveal the effect Lowestoft, and its surrounding landscapes have had on her work and share a selection of her films.

The Sticky Dance
An interactive performance installation for children and their families.
Three dancers' shimmy through the audience weaving a tapestry of sticky tape. They invite you to stick and groove or be still, watch and listen. You’re encouraged to explore this tactile dance performance freely, where the rules are turned upside down.
Halloween Craft and Costume Competition
Join us this half term for a spooktacular Halloween celebration filled with creativity, costumes, and family fun! There will be Halloween crafts with Re-Utilise, followed by a best-dressed Halloween costume competition.
Time Machine Disco
Calling all foot-tappers, dad dancers, disco divas, jumping jivers, old school ravers & shake-your-money- makers. Join the party and step back in time, relive your favourite dance floor moments and come and share them with Glass House Dance.
Time Machine Tea Dance
Welcome to the Time Machine Tea Dance! A space where everyone is invited to dance, watch and socialise. It’s a Tea Dance but not as you know it…. With our trusty time machine we will flip through time, covering different musical genres and dance styles.

We invite you to look through our archive of historical and modern images, showing the journey of our beautiful theatre.
We will also display a gallery of redevelopment photos and concept images to show how the theatre is changing to become more inclusive.
Lowestoft Porcelain Mixed Reality Showcase
A project blending heritage with cutting-edge technology. Using mixed reality headsets, this immersive exhibition will display the Lowestoft Museum’s porcelain collection digitally.
